Big Brother 14: Latest News Inside The House

DON’T READ IF YOU WANT TO WAIT FOR SHOWS TO AIR ON CBS!! THIS ARTICLE MAY CONTAIN INFORMATION THAT WILL BE SEEN ON UPCOMING SHOWS!!

Kara Monaco

Kara Monaco a former Playboy playmate has found out that game strategy trumps fame in the Big Brother house, as she and Frank Eudy, son of wrestler Sid Vicious find themselves on the block. The one who put them on the block is HOH Willie Hantz, the brother of former Survivor contestant Russell Hantz.

It looked like on the Sunday show that Willie and Frank had formed an alliance and agreed to not put each other up, but when the nomination ceremony was held Willie went back on his word and nominated Frank.

Even the HOH is subject this season to second guessing from the other players and the coach of their team. Willie apparently wanting to keep on the good side of his coach and fellow alliance members chose to put Frank up for eviction, even though he was going against his own inclination to not nominate Frank.

This could mean problems for Willie down the road, especially if Frank wins an HOH competition. The problem this year is that the coaches are constantly suggesting to HOH’s, that they need to make certain moves.

Mike Boogie and Dan Gheesling were shown on Sunday’s show making an alliance and Janelle Pierzina and Britney Haynes were also seen teaming up against the Mike and Boogie. However since then Britney has made some disparaging remarks about Janelle, saying that Janelle has never cried in the Big Brother house and she has a kid. There will be some fireworks if Janelle learns of this development and will make it more difficult to work together as the game goes on. When one coach trashes the other, that is supposedly in an alliance with the other coach, then we can expect confrontations between the two of them.

http://dogdave.com/bb.html is the best source for Big Brother news between the CBS shows. There are several links to pages that give details, of what is going on between shows and on the shows. The top of the page for today at least shows photos, of all the team members of the four teams.

One of my favorites is http://www.mortystv.com/big_brother.shtml which gives detailed descriptions of what is done and said during the day at the Big Brother House.  Near the top of the page is a box giving basic information, like who has been nominated and who has won the Power of Veto and if the Power of Veto was used. For instance Shane Meaney, the house flipper won the veto and chose not to use it.

There are people who watch the live feeds and report what house guest are saying and doing. For instance Janelle said she didn’t want to be a house guest again, because of having to leave her baby, but agreed to be on the show, knowing she had a 25 percent chance of winning the $100,000 prize for coach of the winning house guest. Britney checked contract with Big Brother and they have the right to change the show at any time, which means the coaches could be forced back into game, willingly or not.

Mike Boogie is being his usual obnoxious self, but it wouldn’t surprise me to see him take the $100,000 prize.  It will be interesting to see how much influence the coaches will have over the house guests as the season goes on.

Ian Terry of New Orleans, Louisiana is making a bad name for engineering students, with his bizarre behavior in the house and it wouldn’t surprise me to see him be one of the first to leave the show. He seems to be from a different planet, than the other house guests. It surprised me that Mike would grant him safety, but will assume Mike knows what he is doing.

Janelle may not be smiling if she learns that her alliance teammate Britney is trashing her to other house guests.

Mike Boogie turned 42 in the Big Brother house yesterday and it reminded me of the number of older house guests this year. Nine of the 12 house guests, not counting coaches are 26 or older with Ian 21, Danielle 23 and Wil 24 being the only house guests under the age of 26.

Joe Arvin the cook is 41, the oldest of the non-coach house guests. He plans to use his cooking skills to stay in the house longer. He is not just any cook since he founded  SmashMouth Burgers and Pizza in Schererville, Indiana.

It will be interesting to see as the season unfolds, just how much influence the coaches will exert over the house guests. This game is hard enough to play, without a coach constantly giving the house guests advice.

There have been reports that the coaches will enter the game, but some of the coaches may not be happy with that development, since so far all they have had to do is dress up like a horse and nominate a have-not from their team and for Dan to choose who to send home on the premiere show. If the coaches enter the game everything changes and reduces chance of other house guests of winning the money. Assume if the coaches enter the game they will get the $100,000 promised them plus the $500,000 grand prize if they win the game.

I don’t think the coach that wins should not have had to nominate a have-not from their team. What is the point of winning, when you know one of your team members will be nominated as a have-not?

Janelle is saying she is not happy with Willie to Wil and Ashley saying “I am seeing a lot of red flags with Willie”.

If Kara is evicted on Thursday night, then Dan will only have Danielle left on his team.

Big Brother 14 Twist (Spoiler Alert), American Idol Judges Dropping Like Flies

Big Brother 14 debuted for the 2012 season on Thursday night with a couple of new twists. The first twist was that four former contestants, including two winners would be coaches this season. The house guests will be competing for a $500,000 prize, given to the winner in the finale show this September.

Big Brother 2 and Big Brothers All-Stars winner Mike Boogie and Dan Gheesling of Big Brother 10 were the two returning winners, while Janelle Pierzina of Big Brother 6 and Big Brother All-Stars and Britney Haynes of Big Brother 12 will be the other two mentors, who will be competing for the $100,000 prize for best coach.

The other twist was that no house guests were given keys, because the coach of the losing team, in the head of household competition, on the inaugural show would have to choose one of his team for immediate eviction on opening night.

Personally, I hope this never happens again, since each contestant deserves one full week on the show, before being evicted, instead of being unceremoniously sent home on the first night.

This website is a great source of information worth saving to your favorites if you want to keep up to date, with what is going on in the house between the shows. Don’t go to this site if you want to wait for the shows to air, since it tells who was nominated since Thursday’s show and who won the veto, plus will tell the outcome of the veto ceremony next week.

Latest American Idol News

It is now official that Steven Tyler is not the only American Idol judge leaving the show. Tyler had announced earlier this week, that he was leaving American Idol to return to Aerosmith full-time. There have been rumors that Jennifer Lopez was resigning her job as a judge. Those rumors are no longer rumors, as Lopez told host Ryan Seacrest, that she was leaving the show to have more time, to allow herself to have more time to pursue other options in her entertainment career.

As if this wasn’t enough news about judges for one week, there is now word out, that Randy Jackson may be leaving the show as a judge, but may remain as a mentor for the contestants.

This would create openings for three judges. Mariah Carey has been mentioned as a possible judge, but there is no official word, as to whether she was actually offered the job. Adam Lambert has also been mentioned as a possible judge. With the auditions for Season 12 going on now, it is probably imperative that a new set of judges be chosen soon, so they can be filmed at the auditions, determining the fate of the contestants.

After a huge drop in ratings last season, American Idol may be having too much change, too soon for these changes to improve the ratings for Season 12. The proliferation of singing contests has reached the saturation point and I can foresee the ratings drop for the entire genre. The Voice and X-Factor return in September and The Voice being on twice in one year, could be a huge mistake since it hasn’t produced a name star yet.

With Britney Spears reportedly being a train wreck on X-Factor as a judge, this is what can be expected from X-Factor this September.

Matty McDonald of Big Brother 9 Writes From Prison

It has been awhile since Matty McDonald made his last post from prison. He says in his blog, that the prison officials tried, to shut him down but failed.

His blog tells about how it was like to walk into rehab and his experiences while there. He mentions he will be released from prison in 2012.

As always, the usual disclaimer applies, that warns readers of bad language in the blog, but if it stops one drug user, from pursuing a life of using drugs, his blog will serve a good purpose.

Big Brother 13 Backyard Interviews, Danielle, Eric Stein Of BB8 Are Besties

You can find the Evel Dick interviews, at the Dog Dave Big Brother page, but the language used is not for kids and most grownups may be offended also. http://dogdave.com/bb.html

A better option might be the CBS interviews at the CBS.com website:

http://www.cbs.com/shows/big_brother/

Danielle Donato and Eric Stein may have not been friends on Big Brother 8 but things have changed since then. Stein who was America’s player that season, has been named Danielle’s bestie by Danielle in a conversation with Porsche Briggs during the Big Brother 13 season.

The following interview with Stein, doesn’t delve very far into their relationship, but he definitely was rooting for her to win, in Big Brother 13.

Big Brother 13: Rachel Reilly Wins Big Brother 13, Did CBS Manipulate the Game?

Rachel Reilly shown celebrating with her boyfriend Brendon Villegas after being told she had won the Big Brother 13 reality show on the CBS network.

Rachel Reilly won Big Brother 13 in a year of surprises on the CBS reality show.

Her boyfriend Brendon Villegas, Jeff Schroeder, Jordan Lloyd and Shelly Moore cast their votes for her making Rachel a 4-3 winner with Adam Poch, Danielle Donato and Kalia Booker voting for the losing Porsche Briggs.

Rachel had won the final HOH by answering questions about the house guests in the juror house and won the questions competition over Porsche.

The turning point in the game to me was when Porsche opened Pandora’s Box and won $5,000 for herself and $5,000 for Kalia. However, by her accepting the money she unleashed the duo twist in the veto competition that week.

With Rachel and Jordan on the block, Rachel won the veto and removed herself and Jordan off the block and set in motion, for Rachel to win $500,000 last night.

Did CBS Manipulate the Game in Favor of Rachel?

Viewers of the show will wonder if the CBS producers, manipulated the game so Rachel and Jordan remain in the game longer. If Rachel had left the house that week, the ratings for the show probably would have plummeted. Rachel provided most of the drama this year, so without drama the ratings would have almost certainly dropped. Instead Big Brother 13 had some of the highest ratings in the history of the show.

Then when Rachel found Pandora’s Box during her last reign of being HOH, the prizes were good and bad, but nothing to affect the game. Rachel was stuck with the egotistical maniac Jessie Godderz, the professional wrestler while she watched Adam and the other house guests spending time with Tori Spelling. Later she watched as they went shopping for clothes outside the Big Brother house.

My question is why didn’t Rachel have an equally bad punishment, as Porsche for opening Pandora’s Box. Sure having to spend time with Jessie was punishment in itself, but nothing like the punishment Porsche received when both of her nominated house guests were allowed to be removed from the block by the duo twist, when Rachel won the veto.

Game Winnings

This may or may not be the correct total of winnings on Big Brother 13 but since it is $600,000 exactly it may correct:

Rachel Reilly –     $500,000

Porsche Briggs –    $55,000

Jeff Schroeder –     $40,000

Kalia Booker –            $5,000

Total                          $600,000

Key to Rachel Winning Big Brother 13

The key to Rachel winning was that after Brendon left the last time, that Rachel played more of a social game. She abandoned her earlier strategy, of infuriating the other house guests with her catty remarks.

Rachel fought overwhelming odds by winning HOH”s and Veto competitions, when she needed them to stay alive in the game. It may be that when Brendon left the house, that it forced her to play a different kind of game.

Porsche Briggs Wins $50,000 in Finale

Porsche Briggs won $50,000 on Big Brother 13 finale.

Porsche Briggs won second prize money of $50,000 last night to go with the $5,000 she received from Pandora’s Box for a total of $55,000 in winnings during Big Brother 13.

For most of the season Porsche was the anonymous house guest, but then later in the game, came into her own and was a fierce competitor. She finished second in many competitions, then started winning competitions near the end of the game.

Big Brother 13 Summary: Big Brother 13 started out with eight new house guests, then the duo twist was introduced and Jeff Schroeder, Jordan Lloyd, Evel Dick Donato, Danielle Donato, Brendon Villegas and Rachel Reilly entered the house.  Evel Dick let the house after only six days for some mysterious reason which was never revealed. It may have been just as well, since he had gall bladder surgery in the last few days, so may not have been able to finish the season anyway.

Rachel and Brendon started the game with a chip on their shoulders, playing the game way too personally. I particularly recall Cassi and Kalia trying to have a civil conversation with Brendon and he turned the whole conversation around, acting very hostile toward both of them. The worst thing is that Kalia was wanting to know if she was still included in their alliance, but by the time the conversation was over, Brendon was calling her a liar. So he lost an alliance member, by his failure to communicate with Kalia on a normal level.

Shelly and Adam seemed to be with the veterans, but then when it suited them they would switch to the other side. Danielle’s alliance with Dominic was one of the bigger mistakes of the game. All she succeeded in was causing Dominic to go home.

Kalia, instead of going along with Danielle during Kalia’s first HOH, decided to show she was her own woman and nominated Lawon, who was not a threat to anyone. Lawon was the worst player this year and a terrible competitor, but Shelly was an even worse competitor. She played further into the game, but still never won the first competition.

When Jeff left, Rachel and Jordan were left to fend for themselves, since Brendon had been nominated and evicted for the second time. Shelly was caught in a lie by Jordan and Rachel and that spelled the end for Shelly, even though she wasn’t evicted for another couple of weeks.

As stated earlier, Porsche put her alliance in jeopardy by taking the $5,000 in Pandora’s box. That is the point at which Rachel and Jordan got an extra week in the house, when it looked like either Rachel or Jordan was going home that week.

Adam talked a good game, but didn’t win anything on his own, till very late in the game. Even at the end he was talking about having to win a competition, then he would lose the competition. Men did not do well in the endurance competitions, as Danielle and Rachel won the endurance competitions.

Rachel deserved to win, even though CBS gave her some assistance with the Pandora’s Box coming into play. That wasn’t her fault since she played the cards she was dealt with and turned it into $500,000. Rachel and Brendon should now have the money for their big wedding and the money should help with Brendon’s studies as he tries for his Ph.D.

The house guests for the most part will disappear back into society, like they usually do after their season is over, with most of them never heard from again.

Two months from now, it will be difficult to even find anything about what they are doing by doing a Google search.

Big Brother 13: HOH Part 2 Winner Revealed: Spoilers Alert!!!!!!!!!!!

SPOILERS ALERT!!!!

SPOILERS ALERT!!!!

SPOILERS ALERT!!!!

SPOILERS ALERT!!!!

HOH PART 2 WINNER REVEALED

DO NOT READ IF YOU DON’T WANT TO KNOW

THE RESULTS TILL THE WEDNESDAY FINALE

Big Brother 13 started July 7 and the season will end Wednesday night after a season in which veterans of past Big Brother seasons competed against eight newbies.

Porsche Briggs of the newbies side will battle veteran Rachel Reilly to see which one will win the final HOH of the season. Rachel had won Part 1 of the HOH, while Porsche defeated Adam Poch in Part 2, setting up Wednesday’s battle.

Rachel and Porsche apparently plan to take each other to the final two, as of today at least, but that could change.

It seems to me that a smarter game move for Rachel or Porsche would be to take Adam to the final two. It would almost insure them of winning the $500,000 since Adam has not done much, in the way of winning competitions till lately.

On the other hand Porsche and Rachel, have been better overall competitors, with Rachel winning three HOH’s and Porsche trying to win most of her competitions, since she finished second so often.

This is all still conjecture, since it depends on who wins Part 3 and what their decision will be on Wednesday night. If Porsche or Rachel think it through, they may realize taking Adam to final two, would be the smart thing to do financially.

There is only 2 days and 12 hours from this minute on Monday morning, till the last show will be televised.

If there was any doubt that the producers manipulated the show this season, it was removed when Porsche couldn’t resist taking the $5,000 for herself from Pandora’s Box. CBS knew it would be too tempting for Porsche to pass up the chance to win the money. They also knew by unleashing the duo twist again, that it would keep two of their biggest drawing cards on the show, in Rachel and Jordan. Rachel true to form won the veto and saved her or Jordan from going home that week.

Then when Rachel opens Pandora’ s Box, Tori Spelling and Jessie Godderz were unleashed on the house, which didn’t affect the game at all. Will never forget Rachel watching the other house guests talking to Tori and shopping for free clothes, while Jessie is trying to distract her by posing and giving her products with his name on them.

This has to be one of the most successful shows ever, in the ratings and we undoubtedly will see CBS producers manipulate the show even more in the future to keep the high ratings.

HOH ENDURANCE RESULTS  TILL

WEDNESDAY’S FINALE SHOW

Jordan Lloyd was evicted from Big Brother 13 when Porsche Briggs sent her home last night.

Porsche Briggs made an incredibly stupid game move last night, by sending Jordan Lloyd home. Why send home the worst competitor moments before the HOH endurance competition began?

Porsche’s reasoning was that Jordan had already won the half million dollars two years ago, on Big Brother 11. However by sending her home, she let a fierce competitor in Rachel remain in the game.

Then the HOH endurance started and Adam dropped after only 25 minutes. Porsche dropped before Rachel, who didn’t drop until 40 minutes into the endurance competition.

If Porsche had kept Jordan in the game, she probably would have won Part 1 of the three-part HOH competition, if Rachel had been evicted. She was so intent on evicting Jordan for winning the half million two years ago, she forgot that she was hurting her own chances of winning this year.

Porsche and Adam Play Part 2 of HOH Today

Now Porsche and Adam will play in Part 2 of the HOH competition today, with the winner playing against Rachel in the live finale on CBS, at 8:30 PM Central time next Wednesday. There will be no show on Sunday, so only one show remains in the Big Brother 13 season.

Rachel can take it easy till the live show, so has five days to study for the finale, assuming Part 3 will be questions, but that is not a certainty.

Veterans Took Control Early

The veterans took early control of the game after Evel Dick walked off the show on the sixth day. Keith, Cassi and Dominic were evicted in successive weeks, then Danielle evicted Brendon in the fourth week. Then Danielle evicted Brendon the first time on Day 34. However Brendon re-entered the house on Day 41, battling Lawon for the chance to re-enter the house and Brendon won, which sealed Lawon’s fate, evicting him from the game.

Danielle was evicted the following week, while Jeff, Shelly and Kalia were evicted in order, then Jordan was evicted last night, leaving only Porsche, Rachel and Adam, in the final three.

Porsche Makes Huge Mistake

Porsche made one of the biggest mistakes of the season, by opening Pandora’s box. She received $5,000 and gave another $5,000 to Kalia, but she unleashed a return to the duo twist for the veto game.

Jordan or Rachel would have gone home that week, but instead Rachel won the veto and removed Jordan and herself, from the block.

Producers Manipulated Game

When the duo twist was brought back into the game to save Rachel and Jordan from going on the block, it was a move by producers to keep the TV ratings high. If Rachel had been sent home that week, the ratings would have tumbled with little or no drama in the house.

The producers did a great job of manipulating the game to garner the highest ratings. It was a given that Rachel would win the donut competition for HOH, considering the competition, since Porsche the outgoing HOH couldn’t play. Her 20 donuts doubled Kalia’s total of 10, showing that Kalia doesn’t do well in competitions that involve movement.

Five Days to Finale

The last five days will be very boring in the Big Brother house except for Part 2 of the HOH competition today. Once that is over there will be only one competition left. Rachel has already insured that she will participate in Part 3 next Wednesday.

Right now Rachel is in a great place and if she wins Part 3, she will insure that she wins either the half million dollars or $50,000. Rachel played a better social game in the last few weeks and has dropped her catty attitude, which may help her receive more votes from the jury house.

Today’s poll asks who you think will win the $500,000 this season?

Big Brother 13: Spoiler Updates Since Wednesday’s Show

SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!

SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT READ IF YOU DON’T WANT TO KNOW WHO WAS NOMINATED FOR EVICTION BY ADAM

OR WHO WON THE POV LAST NIGHT AFTER THE SHOW

Porsche Briggs and Rachel Reilly are the strongest competitors remaining in the Big Brother 13 house and may face each other and another contestant in the HOH endurance tonight.

And then there were four….With Kalia being evicted out of the Big Brother 13 house, that left Adam, Rachel, Porsche and Jordan as the final four.

Adam won HOH before the show ended last night. Adam nominated Porsche and Jordan for eviction. It is not clear when the POV ceremony will be, but Porsche is expected to take herself off the block and Adam would be forced to replace her with Rachel going on the block.

Porsche shown ironing what may be her eviction dress for tonight's show she is expecting to be evicted tonight.

Porsche will be the only voter and she is leaning toward evicting Jordan, since she won two years ago. I can understand her reasoning, but is it smart to keep a strong competitor like Rachel in the game, who is likely going to be her toughest competitor in the endurance portion of HOH tonight.

She may make a $50,000 or $500,000 mistake by keeping Rachel in the game. She might beat Rachel if they are in the final two, but she has no guarantee of reaching the final two, so evicting Jordan who is not much of a competitor could keep her out of the money. So what if Jordan has won before….that is not a good reason to make a stupid game move of her own.

I doubt Jordan and Adam would offer much competition for Porsche in the endurance HOH, but with Rachel who is the most athletic, of any of the  three remaining contestants,  if Jordan is convicted Porsche may regret sending Jordan home, if she does.

Jury House Confrontation

Last night we saw that Jeff has not forgiven or forgotten Shelly’s part in his eviction. It used to be that the jury house was sort of oasis, in which the contestants could forget the game, but looks like that has changed this season.

You would think that with no chance of winning the game, that those in the jury house would just cool it and enjoy the swimming pool and other amenities available at the jury house.

Pandora’s Box Just A Producer’s Tool

It was never more evident that Pandora’s box is nothing more than a producer’s tool to manipulate the game when punishment inflicted on the house resulted in Rachel and Jordan staying in the game. They knew Porsche would take the money, so they switched back to the couples format for one week, to give Rachel and Jordan a chance to stay in the game.

Next thing you knew Rachel won the POV and stayed in the game. The producers didn’t want Rachel leaving the show that soon, so they took matters into their own hands. If Rachel had left then, the house would likely be a house with no drama. Fans don’t tune into the show to see no drama, because that means lower ratings, so CBS stepped in and solved that problem.

However, when Rachel opened Pandora’s Box the house didn’t receive a punishment, but instead got to talk to Tori Spelling and go on a shopping spree for clothes. Rachel got the punishment having to put up with the repugnant Jessie Godderz, who has appeared in Big Brother four times.

He has appeared twice as a contestant and twice as a Pandora’s Box booby prize. It would only be fair to unleash something detrimental to Rachel’s game, like they did to Porsche and her alliance.

I can’t recall another Big Brother season, in which CBS manipulated the show, to the extent they have this season. They have found out if they manipulate the show, that higher ratings result.

Six Days Remain Till Finale

Only six days remain till the jury decides which of the remaining two contestants wins the $500,000. If Jordan is evicted tonight, Rachel, Porsche and Adam will battle for the final two spot. Two of them will be in the money this season while the other only takes memories out of the Big Brother house, but no cash.

Jeff and Jordan should be reunited tomorrow at the jury house if she is the one evicted.

We will find out tonight what the HOH endurance contest will be this season. It could be a long night in the endurance contest or it could be over in a hurry like they have recently.

Tune in CBS at 8:00 PM for tonight’s show. President Obama’s speech should not affect the starting time of Big Brother.

Big Brother 13: Fortune Teller Talks, Leaving House Guests Frazzled

SPOILER ALERT: DO NOT READ THIS ARTICLE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED SINCE THE SUNDAY NIGHT SHOW OF BIG BROTHER 13.

This post will tell who won the veto on Saturday, what the POV winner decided at the POV ceremony and other developments, which have happened since the show aired on Sunday night.

The post also tells about the eviction which will be filmed on Tuesday for broadcast on the Wednesday night show on CBS.

Sunday’s show left us with Rachel winning the HOH and nominating Kalia and Porsche for eviction. Adam then won the POV on Saturday and elected not to use it during the POV meeting on Monday.

Eviction Will Be Today

The house guests found out yesterday that the eviction will be Tuesday. It will be filmed on Tuesday. The live feeds will likely be cut off at some point today, since CBS doesn’t want the results of the eviction to be known to live feeders, since it would be all over the internet, before the show on Wednesday night. The live feeds should resume after Wednesday’s show.

The fortune-teller at the Big Brother 13 house finally talked last night and gave the house guests some very important information.

Rachel and Jordan presently want Kalia evicted, but that could change before the votes are cast. Personally, I think evicting Porsche would be a better game move, since she may do well in the HOH endurance, with Kalia not likely to do well if it involves any movement. If it is a case of holding on to something, then Kalia could be more of a threat.

Someone will be leaving the Big Brother house today. We just won’t know who it is till tomorrow night’s show airs on CBS.

Fortune Teller Talks, Gives Predictions For HOH Competition

Fortune teller moved last week and last night Crystal the fortune-teller talked for the first time. She announced that when she laughed, that would be a cue to enter the room.

One of the predictions given by the fortune-teller includes this one about Jeff:

In 2014, Jeff will disappear from society. He will be last seen in the Chicago streets muttering two words, clown shoe

The fortune-teller speaks about 9:30 BBT and tells the house guests the information she is giving will be needed to win HOH.

Another prediction given last night was this one about Evel Dick:

11:08PM BBT: Fortune Teller: “In 2015 Evel Dick will start a Christmas tradition by bringing gifts to heavily tattooed orphans, changing his name from Evel Dick to old Saint Dick. Leave me now! Leave my parlor room!”

The house guests became frazzled from trying to remember the different predictions, with some house guests confusing the others with the wrong information being remembered. Adam should do well in this competition, but Jordan said she needed to hear them again, which I doubt will be happening.

For the complete list of the predictions scroll down to 9:30 PM at this website:

Matt McDonald of Big Brother 9 Writes From Prison: August 24

Matt McDonald of Big Brother 9 writes in great detail about his life as a construction worker by day, drug dealer at night and drug runs on the weekends.

Today’s blog written by Matt tells about him working 40-50 hours a week as a construction worker, then dealing drugs from his car after working hours.

Of course he always found time to do drugs, plus had a relationship with a girlfriend on the side. He tells about lying to her on Saturdays by pretending to go to work, when he was really flying to Florida to do more drug trafficking and see his other girlfriend in Florida.

We’ll let Matt tell his story from here since this is his story. I hope he comes out of prison a changed man, so he will never see the inside of a prison again. Writing these blogs has to be a form of therapy for him.

If the link works it should say The Ultimatum at the top of his blog. If not go to August archives and go to The Ultimatum.

Big Brother 13: Shelly’s Family Receives Death Threats

Some Big Brother 13 fans take the game more seriously than others. TMZ reports that Shelly Moore’s family has received death threats, since Shelly’s vote to evict Jeff Schroeder on last Thursday’s show, which resulted in Jeff leaving the Big Brother house.

Shelly’s daughter has even been threatened, which is carrying hatred, way too far.  Her boss has been called by these overzealous fans, requesting that Shelly be fired for voting against Jeff.

Big Brother 13 is not true reality and fans should realize this. Reality shows are being manipulated for the highest ratings.

That is why house guests like Brendon Villegas are allowed back in the house this season and Rachel re-entered the house last season. Rachel coming back into the house last year was a ratings ploy, to get viewers to tune in to see the house guest’s reactions to seeing Rachel walk back in the door.

Rachel has been one of the most hated house guests ever, by both the house guests and Big Brother fans. She is also is a very pathetic person, who takes the game way too personally. Her highs and lows during the game show she is not able to handle adversity well. When she wins HOH she is ecstatic, but when she is put on the block she has a pity party.

Last night’s show was another example of the Big Brother 13 producers manipulating the show. With Rachel gone, the ratings would have plummeted so they come up with a Pandora twist. The twist was if Porsche, the HOH accepted the $10,000 prize money, the house would receive a consequence.

Porsche may have won $5,000 with the other $5,000 going to Kalia, but may have knocked herself out of a chance to win $50,000 as the second place winner or $500,000 for the first place winner.

Now she is a target after winning POV and HOH in succession then winning the $5,000.

Back to Shelly….She has made deals with all the house guests and it finally backfired on her this last week, when Jordan and her got into a verbal confrontation.

However, that doesn’t excuse fans making death threats to her family. It only shows that some fans take this game more personally than they should. She will probably question if she should even went on the show, when she hears about the death threats.

Hopefully, the fans that made the death threats, will be apprehended and spend years not months in jail.

Big Brother 13: Kalia’s HOH Lasts Few Hours: New HOH Revealed in Spoilers Alert

SPOILER ALERT: THERE WERE THREE HOH’S ON BIG BROTHER IN A FEW HOURS TIME LAST NIGHT. KALIA ONLY GOT A BASKET OF FOOD IN THE STORAGE ROOM AND A LETTER FROM HOME, BEFORE A NEW HOH WAS CROWNED LAST NIGHT. JEFF, KALIA AND THE HOUSE GUEST MENTIONED FURTHER DOWN IN THIS ARTICLE ALL WERE HOH’S AT SOME POINT LAST NIGHT.

PLEASE DO NOT READ ANY FURTHER IF YOU DON’T WANT TO KNOW WHO WON HOH UNTIL THE SHOW IS SHOWN ON CBS ON SUNDAY NIGHT!!!

CBS should have done well in the ratings last night, with the double eviction, a fight between Jeff and Shelly, about 30 minutes before the live show.

Shelly, Danielle and Porsche had taken turns trying to convince Adam to flip the house and vote to keep Danielle. Adam refused to be swayed and voted to evict Danielle. Then Rachel appeared to be flipping according to some Big Brother websites, but she also voted to evict Danielle so she was evicted.

That was the last thing good that happened for Jeff, Jordan, Rachel and Adam. The live HOH came down to Jordan and Kalia and Kalia won a very brief reign as HOH lasting about two hours. She immediately nominated Jeff and Rachel for eviction. The vote was 2-2 so Kalia was forced to break the tie by sending Jeff home after Porsche won the Power of Veto and left the nominations the same.

Porsche Briggs won Power of Veto on live show and then won HOH after the show winning the snake ball game they had been practicing.

Shelly and Jordan were in a huge fight (photos shown below) that resulted in Jordan saying she gave her phone call home to Shelly and then Shelly had lied to her and was not really with Jeff and Jordan. Shelly has made so many deals with so many house guests, that you need a scorecard to keep up with all the deals and lies.

Later on in the evening,  they held the HOH. It was the snake ball game, in which Porsche had done well at while practicing.

Porsche won the HOH for her second straight win, about two hours after winning the POV on the live show.

Jordan and Rachel came back in the house after the HOH, lamenting their lack of success, in the competitions lately.

The numbers are against them as Adam is now best of friends with Porsche, Shelly and Kalia. However, he is delusional if he thinks he will make the final three before any of them.

The only competition that Adam has  won was only because Jeff threw it to him in the corn hole game.

Danielle may be gone, but she couldn’t be any happier than she will be when informed of what went down after she was evicted.

She will be going to the sequester house where Brendon is waiting for the next house guest to arrive. He will be surprised to see Danielle but even more surprised to see Jeff later.

This food basket and a letter in the storage room is all that Kalia has to show for being the HOH last night after Jeff was evicted, then Porsche became the new HOH two hours later.

Jeff was this close to winning the POV last night, not noticing he had flipped yellow shoe into the next bin which would have prevented him from going home, which could have caused Rachel's eviction.

Jordan and Shelly in confrontation after the live show with Rachel trying to restrain Jordan.

Porsche is almost certainly going to nominate Jordan and Rachel for eviction, or she may nominate Rachel and Adam since he refused to keep Danielle. If Jordan and Rachel are on the block, the vote should be 3-0 for eviction of Rachel, since they have lost Adam to the newbies team. Adam didn’t waste any time going from the Jeff/Jordan and Rachel alliance, once he saw they are not a threat in the game, right now at least.

Big Brother fans tire of hearing how important it is,  for one house guest or another to win Power of Veto or HOH. Assuming it will be Rachel going home next week, she has no hope at all, unless she wins the POV, so it is VERY important for her to win.

If she does win Adam probably would be the replacement nominee chosen by Porsche since they have no plans of taking him to the final three.

The last thing the producers want is for Rachel to go home, since that should drain the house of any drama and ratings may plummet the rest of the season. That explains why she was brought back into the house last season. The producers and only the producers were behind that move.

That proves that reality television can be manipulated by the producers. They couldn’t wait to see the reaction of the house guests when Rachel returned to the house last season. The looks on their faces were priceless.

It looks like Jeff, Jordan, Rachel and Brendon will control the votes of the jury. It remains to be seen if they vote for best game play or make it personal and vote against whoever they dislike the most.

Big Brother 13 : Double Live Eviction on Thursday’s Show, Spoilers

Jeff Schroeder and Jordan Lloyd pictured holding their checks after Jordan won Big Brother 11. They hope to be holding more checks at the Big Brother 13 finale on September 14 if they are still in the game, but with eight players still in the game and a double eviction on Thursday, anything can happen.

SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT READ IF YOU PLAN ON WATCHING THE SHOW WEDNESDAY NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WINNER OF POWER OF VETO REVEALED IN THIS ARTICLE!!!

Jeff has won HOH and nominated Kalia and Porsche for eviction on Friday night. He apparently didn’t want to give Danielle a chance to win the  Power of Veto, so avoided nominating her.

There are eight players remaining in the game now with Jordan, Jeff, Rachel, Shelly and Adam in one alliance and only Danielle, Porsche and Kalia in the other alliance.

Danielle’s alliance only has one voter, while the stronger alliance has four that will be eligible to vote.  It is almost a foregone conclusion, that the vote on Thursday night will evict Porsche or Kalia.

However, Jeff added the Power of Veto to his HOH power last Saturday, so he is truly in command of the game. He is considering the option of backdooring of Danielle. If he takes any other option, he could be making a huge mistake, since Kalia and Porsche are not really threats to his game at this point.

Danielle is sensing that she is going to be backdoored, since Jeff has been non-committal about his plans. I look for him to remove Porsche from the block and then substitute Danielle in her place. Now that Danielle knows she may be going on the block, she will badger Jeff, until the last minute to make a deal that will keep her safe.

If he doesn’t put her on the block, he may regret it and it may cost him $500,000. Danielle is one of the best competitors in Big Brother history, so there is no reason to keep her in the game.

With the double eviction being live on Thursday’s show, it is imperative to get Danielle out now, or she may win HOH on Thursday night and put up Jeff and Jordan or Jeff and Rachel. That would leave only three voters for the Jeff, Jordan, Adam, Shelly and Rachel alliance.

The double eviction will leave little time for politicking and deal making before the second eviction.  Julie Chen will have her hands full on Thursday night, trying to work in an eviction, an HOH, a POV, a power of veto ceremony and another eviction in about 46 minutes of actual viewing time.

As far as I know, the house guests have no idea, there will be a double eviction this week. One house guest thought it would be the next week.

Those fans who are watching the live feeds, should see plenty of drama today, if Jeff does backdoor Danielle. It might get ugly before this day is over, especially if Rachel becomes involved by gloating over Danielle’s demise if she is put back on the block.

Rachel has had a quiet week so far, but who knows she could be gone on Thursday night, after the second eviction.

Matt McDonald of Big Brother 9 Writes From Prison: July 27 and August 10 Blogs

Matthew McDonald of Big Brother 9 has posted two more blogs, with both of them focusing on his addictions. The first one was published July 27,2011 and he describes in detail how a drug addict thinks. Maybe some reader contemplating using drugs, will change their mind after reading his account of what it is like to depend on drugs.

The language is vulgar, but that can be expected from someone in prison. The blog is aptly named How Addiction Took Over My Life.

The first blog is so long that he added a Part Two on August 10, 2011. Since he was selling oxycodone pills, he had plenty around the house and made it easy to get high on them.

49,170 visits have been made to his blog, since it started in May of this year. The two posts in this article are the 10th and 11th posts by Matthew.

If you want to go back to May and read his first blog to these two blogs, just go to the May archives.

These links will take you to the last two posts made by McDonald:

Big Brother 13: HOH Results and Aftermath Spoilers: August 11

SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HOH RESULTS FROM AUGUST 11 REVEALED!!!

If you want to wait till Sunday’s show on CBS to find out who won HOH and the aftermath after the competition, don’t read this article since it reveals the winner of the HOH competition.

Last night’s Big Brother 13 show ended with Brendon Villegas returning to the Big Brother house after defeating Lavon Exum in a special challenge, which reunited Brendon with his girlfriend Rachel Reilly. This week has showed how fast this game can change.

This time last week Brendon had been sent home and it appeared that Rachel would go home this week ending the season for the couple. However, a funny thing happened after the nominations as Kalia was convinced by the other alliance to not push for the house guests to vote Rachel out because of the twist this week.  Now instead of Brendon and Rachel being out of the game, they are both back in it.

Brendon, Rachel, Jeff, Jordan and Shelly appear to be with one alliance, which leaves only Danielle, Porsche and Kalia in the other alliance with Adam a wild card. Danielle’s alliance needs Adam to give them more votes since Danielle can’t vote as HOH. The other alliance will lose two voters, who will be put up on the block. It will take three votes next week for a team to control the votes.

Danielle Donato of Big Brother 13 has won HOH for the second time in three weeks.

Last night after the show ended, Danielle won the HOH competition, giving her second HOH in three weeks. It was the third consecutive HOH won by the Danielle alliance. She knew her back was against the wall with Brendon and Rachel back in the game, however Danielle seems to win when she needs the HOH the worst.

Assuming Brendon and Rachel will be nominated for eviction that leaves Jeff, Jordan and Shelly voting to keep Rachel or Brendon next week, depending on who Danielle is targeting. Either alliance would be smart to offer a deal to Adam to guarantee him safety next week in return for his vote. Adam is in the power position this week, plus Danielle is desperate to get him to vote her way.

If Danille can persuade Adam to vote her way, the vote would be 3-3 tie with Danielle casting the tie breaking vote. Adam is in a position to bargain for the best deal, because he is the swing vote. If he joins Jeff, Jordan and Shelly in voting together to vote against the targeted house guest to leave, the veterans plus Shelly and Adam would win 4-2, robbing Danielle of a chance to cast a tie-breaking joke. Adam can figure on being hounded all week for his vote.

However, all bets are off if Brendon or Rachel win the Veto competition, but we still don’t know for sure who will be nominated. If that happens, I would expect to see Shelly nominated for the first time this season. Unless Adam adamantly refuses to vote with Danille’s alliance, he should be safe this week and probably next week too if the newbies-Danielle alliance wins HOH again next week.

These are the HOH winners so far:

1ST WEEK: RACHEL

2ND WEEK: JORDAN

3RD WEEK: RACHEL

4TH WEEK: DANIELLE

5TH WEEK: KALIA

6TH WEEK: DANIELLE

Rachel and Danielle have combined to win four of the six HOH competitions.

Brendon has either won or shared a win with Rachel three times in the Veto competition. Dominic and Jeff have won one Veto each this season.

Rachel has won HOH twice, shared a Veto win with Brendon, while Danielle has two HOH wins. She needs to win the veto to make sure her nominations stay the same, to prevent the drama of last week from happening again. If not for Jeff winning the veto, Rachel probably would have been  voted out of the house. That would have set up a challenge between Rachel and Brendon, which would probably result in Brendon throwing it to Rachel.

The two keys this week are who wins the veto and how Adam will vote. Adam will have to grab his life vest this week, because his days of floating are over, with his vote being crucial to who advances in the game.

This year has seen some of the worst play in Big Brother history. Two players on the block Keith and Dominic, have thrown veto competitions which could have taken them off the block with a win. The last HOH, Kalia put one of her own alliance, Lawon who volunteered to be evicted, up for eviction, resulting in him going home.

Kalia more or less, wasted her week as HOH. She was so determined to show she was making the decisions and not Danielle, that she went against Danielle’s wishes to try to help Rachel get the votes she needed to stay. Not since Howie Gordon nominated two of his own alliance  in Big Brother 6 for eviction, has an HOH made a worst move than Kalia did this week, effectively flipping the house and preventing the opposing alliance from losing anyone this week and in fact added another in Brendon due to the twist.

Jessie Godderz of Big Brother 10, 11, No Longer Mr. Nice Guy

Jessie Godderz of Big Brother fame is now an Impact wrestler.

It seems like forever since Jessie Godderz of Big Brother 10 and 11 was being the arrogant and cocky house guest that almost nobody liked.

Jessie Godderz as he appeared on Big Brother when he was very shy about showing off his muscles on a nationally televised program.

Now that he is a professional wrestler, Godderz is still the same cocky, arrogant person he was on Big Brother, magnified about 20 times since he is now known as Mr. Pectacular as he calls himself now.

Godderz is perfect for portraying the part of the bad guy as an Impact wrestling villain. The 25-year-old wrestler is training with Bully Ray as he gets ready for his career with Impact. The contract is only through the end of this year, so he will have this one shot to make it. Ratings for the wrestling show should increase when he actually steps into the ring for the first time.

Big Brother Twist Could Pit Brendon Against Rachel

Brendon Villegas shown with his fiancée Rachel Reilly has a chance of re-entering the Big Brother house next Thursday night after America votes for who they want to re-enter the game.

Brendon Villegas was evicted from the Big Brother house by a 5-2 vote last night. However, with the latest twist revealed by host Julie Chen, he may be back in the house as soon as next Thursday.

The new twist allows Big Brother viewers to vote on whether to bring back house guests who have been evicted. Among those possibly returning to the house are Keith Henderson 32, of Bollingbrook, Illinois, Cassi Colvin 26, currently living in Nashville, Tennessee, Dominic Briones, 25 of San Mateo, California. Brendan the latest evictee is 31 and from Riverside, California.

I look for Dominic to be the top vote getter, but it would be interesting if Brendon were to lead in votes, thereby forcing a situation, where he would face Rachel (likely evictee next week) in a battle to see who re-enters the house. It probably won’t happen, but it would be fun to see who won.

The return of Dominic would make Danielle feel better, about her horrendous mistake, of trying to backdoor Jeff. Even her dad Evil Dick said on the show last night, that he thought Danielle had acted too soon to make a power move.

With Kalia as HOH, Danielle should be safe for this week. Porsche made a bad mistake of voting for Brendon to stay, which may backfire on her if her vote becomes known. After the vote Porsche sensed that Rachel was acting like she was mad at Porsche. Maybe this will lead Porsche to team up more closely to Jeff and Jordan, since Rachel is probably headed home next week.

Shelley is hard to figure, since she is on friendly terms with the newbies and the veterans. I have a feeling the whole house is ready to send Rachel packing. Rachel is probably the most dramatic player ever in Big Brother history. She will always be remembered for crying in the bushes, after losing a Power of Veto competition. Rachel could have some serious mental problems, since she is not thinking logically in her gameplay. She has made the game personal and players that play that way usually don’t win the $500,000.

Lawon probably has the least game of any house guest this season. He is just there floating around with his life vest. However, if he were to win HOH next week, that would take him two weeks deeper into the game.

Kalia may put Jordan up as a pawn, for the second week in a row. It is a no-brainer that the house guests would vote out Rachel before Jordan.

Jeff and Jordan need to start doing some politicking, since Rachel’s departure would leave them as only two veterans in their alliance, unless Danielle makes a move to keep them safe for another week or two. They definitely need to talk to Porsche, Adam and  Shelley to see if they are still on their side. I look for Rachel to be evicted by a 5-0 vote, if she doesn’t win the Power of Veto competition.

It will be interesting to see how Dominic plays the game if he is the returning houseguest. Will he rejoin Danielle again in her alliance or will he join Jeff, Jordan, Shelley and Porsche to give them control of the house. It would be the best move for him rather than

That scenario would only leave Danielle, Kalia and Lawon (no telling who he will side with) on the other side. For all of this to happen, Jeff and Jordan will have to cement their relationships, with Shelley and Porsche. If veterans win HOH next Thursday, they would put two up from the other alliance, which would mean Danielle and Kalia would probably be nominated for eviction.

It looks like Shelley may be switching from side to side, depending on which alliance has the power for that week. So all of this is conjecture, but it is interesting to see what actually happens, between now and next Thursday and what happens after the next HOH is crowned.

Big Brother 13: Spoiler Alert: HOH Endurance Results and Aftermath

SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!!!! DO NOT READ ANY FURTHER IF YOU DON’T WANT TO KNOW WHO WON THE HOH ENDURANCE CONTEST ON BIG BROTHER 13 LAST NIGHT

It was no surprise that the Big Brother 13 program last night focused on the fight at the house meeting on Wednesday. The meeting exposed Danielle to behind a move to backdoor Jeff. Danielle called Rachel an idiot and Brendon didn’t take kindly to the attack on his fiancée.

Parts of the fight were shown on the live show last night on CBS. That drama made the upcoming HOH endurance competition even more important for Danielle to win. If a veteran won HOH, she would be out of the game next week,so it was imperative that she win the endurance. Something told me she would win since she looked determined to win it. She had lasted about 8 or 9 hours in an endurance competition during Big Brother 8, so knew she was likely to win.

The house guests were on a wall with skis on and holding on to a peg in the wall. The wall began to move to a downward angle, making it more difficult to stay on.

Alex and Lawon fell off in the first 15 minutes.

Brendon fell off 15 minutes later at 7:30.

Jeff was the last man to fall at 7:45 leaving Jordan, Shelley, Kalia, Porsche and Danielle in the competition.

Jordan fell five minutes after Jeff at 7:50

Porsche lasted 20 minutes longer than Jordan falling off at 8:10

Shelley was the last of the house guests linked to the veterans to fall at 8:20 after 80 minutes

Kalia gave it to Danielle at 8:30 with Danielle lasting 90 minutes.

Jeff Wins $10,000

While Jeff was on the wall, he said he was jumping off if Brendon didn’t get the snowball with $10,000. So he jumped off the wall and won the $10,000. Jeff probably didn’t win any points with Brendon and Rachel by taking the money, instead of trying to win HOH, leaving the veterans subject to eviction.

Adam’s snowball was not so good. Now he will have to wear an elf suit. Brendon won a have-not card, which apparently will keep him from being a have-not the next time he is on the losing side of a have-not competition.

Men Lasted Half As Long As Women

The men lasted only 45 minutes, while Danielle stayed on the wall for 90 minutes. It is almost like the veteran men weren’t worried about winning. Shelly lasted 35 minutes longer than the men.

It seems like the endurance competitions don’t last as long as they used to. Kaysar worked out a deal with Jenny in Big Brother 6 during a 13 hour endurance that backfired when Jenny didn’t keep her word.

Nobody Cheered For Danielle and Kalia

Danielle and Kalia were not being cheered on during the endurance competition, which tells me they may be up for eviction the next the time veterans win HOH, since currently Porsche and Shelley are still with the veterans. That leaves Kalia and Danielle in the opposing side and maybe Lawon. Adam and Lawon seem to be floaters, so no telling how they would vote.

The bad thing for the veterans is that two of them won’t be able to vote with the two on the block. Adam and Lawon hold the key to how the next vote goes, depending who they side with.

Danielle Tells Jordan That Jordan and Jeff Are Safe

After the endurance ended Danielle told Jordan in the house, that she was not sending Jeff and Jordan home next week. She had also asked Jeff to keep her safe the following week, in return for her not putting them up for eviction later today.

I am sure a lot of the house guests will be happy if Brendon-Rachel are nominated for eviction. He can’t seem to have a conversation with anyone, without calling that person a liar. He does not have a good social game or he would have not launched into the attack on Kalia, when Kalia was still on their side. His behavior pushed her over to the other side, even if she did vote with the veterans last night.

Rachel and Danielle Apologize To Each Other

Rachel and Danielle had a talk after the endurance competition, with them apologizing to each other. I doubt anything that Brendon and Rachel say or do now will save them from being nominated today.

Rachel and Brendon talk to Porsche, wondering if Danielle would put up with Kalia. That would be a stupid move and doubt Danielle would even consider that, since Kalia seems to be solidly in with Danielle now. Why should she nominate her closest ally in the house, now that Dominic is gone?

Rachel Threatens Danielle

Rachel talks to Danielle and tells her that if she puts up Brendon and Rachel, that she won’t vote for Danielle if she is in the final two. Danielle does not like being threatened, saying she would vote for the better person in final two, not for the one she liked the most.

After the meeting with Danielle, Brendon is furious that Rachel talked to Danielle without him being there. While they are trashing Danielle, Danielle is hearing every word, which probably insured they will be nominated for eviction later today.

Big Brother 9′s Matt McDonald Posts July 20 Blog From Jail

Matt McDonald tells in his blog about the day he was arrested, which turned out to be his  last day of freedom, before being arrested.

Like Matt related in the blog, he had stopped selling oxycodone eight months before he was arrested. He was at work for a meeting when he was arrested. He talks about seeing his parents in the courtroom at the trial.

It turns out that being on Big Brother 9 was not a good thing. He would never have met Adam Jasinski, the winner that year who may or may not have ratted Matt out, to avoid a longer prison sentence. Jasinski got him started selling drugs, but apparently McDonald had second thoughts about it after selling drugs, then eventually stopped selling.

His past caught up with him though and he is paying the price now for selling the oxycodone. Hopefully, McDonald will be released soon and given a chance to get his life in order. His posts from jail are very interesting and gives us an idea of what prisoners have to face, in their day-to-day lives behind bars.

He focuses in the blog a lot on the fact that the indictment said the United States vs. Matt McDonald, feeling the whole country was against him.

Big Brother 9′s Matt McDonald Posts July 13 Blog From Rhode Island Detention Center

Matt McDonald of Big Brother 9 has been moved from county jail to a detention center in Rhode Island. He spent 15 months in the county jail and in is previous blog had said he was eager to be moved to a federal prison.

He was sentenced to three years for distribution of oxycodone, while his fellow Big Brother 9 house guest Adam Jasinski was sentenced to four years for the same offense. Jasinski not only was selling oxycodone, but failed to report his $500,000 winnings to the IRS. Guess he was thinking they wouldn’t notice he had won the money on a show being nationally televised.

McDonald is still following Big Brother and mentions that he hopes to watch the show that night. Big Brother contestants are usually forgotten a year later, but McDonald has attracted a lot of attention four years after leaving the Big Brother house…only in a negative way.

He ends his blog with a quote from mobster Whitey Bulger who had been on the run from the law, for many years before being captured recently:

When I get some more paper I’ll write again…but for now I’ll leave you with a little quote from our “good friend” Whitey Bulger… “It takes a strong person to reach inside himself and say I’m here because of me.”

Big Brother 13: Veterans Alliance In Danger of Crumbling While Rachel Cries in the Bushes

Rachel Reilly lost it after the veto competition as veteran's alliance is showing signs of crumbling.

Rachel  has to be the worst social game player in Big Brother history as she was so intent on wanting to get rid of Cassi , that she is not even considering that Dominic is the only newbie that is making an effort to win.

Instead she was begging Jordan to nominate Cassi and Shelly, neither of whom is a threat to the veterans. Shelly even voted the way the veterans wanted her to vote last week on eviction night.

Then Dominic won the veto competition and Rachel went ballistic on Jordan because Rachel went on slop for two weeks, so she could continue in the veto competition, but Jordan didn’t because Jeff told her it wasn’t worth it to go on slop.

So Rachel makes a pithy comment about the HOH wasn’t trying to win and Jeff put Rachel in her place when she jumped on Jordan.

Brendon tried to calm down Rachel who went to cry in the bushes after the confrontation with Jeff. Of course the newbies were loving every minute of the meltdown by the veterans.

We should have known Rachel’s ego couldn’t handle losing a competition and now she is wanting to go it alone, which is suicide in the Big Brother game. Instead of being with Jeff, Jordan and Daniele she would be only with Brendon.

You would think that Rachel had learned her lesson from last year, that you keep to yourself what you are thinking about the other house guests.

It is safe to say that the first time a newbie wins HOH, she will be out the door since she will be the target if Brendon and her are put on the block.

Rachel takes the game too personally. She has to change her whole game plan, or she will be the first veteran out of the house. I thought Rachel would at least stay with the veterans till all the couples were broken up, but now she may have ruined any chance that might happen with her behavior after the veto competition.

Unless someone changed sides, it looks like after tonight assuming Cassi goes home that it will be Dominic and Lawon the only newbies still with the newbies, against Kalia, Porsche, Shelley, Adam, Jeff, Jordan, Brendon, Rachel and Danielle with the veterans. Since there will be 10 voting tonight for eviction, the vote should be 8-2. If not, somebody has gone back on their word. Dominic and Lawon probably don’t know of all the deals the newbies have made, so probably will vote for Cassi to stay.

Rachel better hope the veteran’s alliance wins HOH tonight, but then if a newbie in the veterans alliance wins, they might still nominate a veteran couple to make it look like they are not working with the veterans.

Big Brother 13: Newbies Don’t Have Clue How to Play This Game

Big Brother 13 rookies not playing the smartest game this season.

It looks like the Big Brother 13 rookies have left their thinking caps at home. It looks like the twist of adding veterans from Big Brother 8, Big Brother 11 and Big Brother 12 was too much of a shock, causing them to lose their senses.

Some of the newbies formed an alliance called The Regulators, which lasted about as long as a box of Twinkies for a family of four.

Evil Dick Exits Game Early

Even though the veterans lost Evil Dick almost immediately after the first show aired, the  veterans took it in stride. That is all except Brendon Villegas, who ranted and raved about how they had lost before they got started. I could understand Brendon being worried since the veterans were now outnumbered 8-5.

Thankfully, Jeff Schroeder calmed Brendon down, giving him a pep talk, in effect telling him all was not lost yet. Next thing you knew the veterans had Kalia Booker, Shelly Moore and Porsche Briggs on their side. It even looked like they had convinced Adam Poch to go to their side, but he voted for Keith to stay, which was opposite of what the veterans wanted.

Keith Throws Veto Competition While On the Block

Keith helped evict himself, thinking he had the numbers on his side and threw the veto competition. Unless my memory fails me, I can’t recall anyone on the block throwing the veto competition, since it is only way someone nominated for eviction can remove themselves from the block.

Porsche was on the block so she couldn’t vote, but Kalia and Shelly switched sides to vote with the veterans to get rid of Keith. The vote to evict was 6-4 so the veterans whittled the advanage of the newbies to 7-5. With another newbie going home this week, the advantage of the newbies will shrink to 6-5.

Newbies Puzzled Over Who Switched Votes

It was funny the way some of the newbies were trying to figure out who voted with the veterans. The ones that switched didn’t give themselves away, so the other newbies still don’t know for a fact who switched their votes.

Jordan Lloyd who won HOH is a lot more into the game than when she was on Big Brother 11 two seasons ago. Now that Adam sees there are some newbies playing for themselves, he is telling the veterans he messed up last time and wants to join with the veterans. His thinking is that he will last longer in the game with the veteran’s protection, until it is time for everyone to fend for themselves.

Newbie Not Likely to Win the $500,000

When the newbies started linking up with the veterans, they made it less likely that a newbie will win the $500,000 in September. If the veterans win HOH next week, it should finish off any chance the newbies will be a force in the game.

The five veterans now apparently have Porsche, Adam, Shelly and Kalia on their side giving them an edge of 9-3 with Dominic Briones possibly coming over to the veteran’s side. That leaves Cassi Colvin and Lawon Exum as the only ones of the newbies still not linked with the veterans. It is hard to believe the newbies have squandered a 8-5 advantage into an apparent 10-2 (if Dominic switches sides) disadvantage assuming the newbies will continue to work with the veterans and vote the way they are told.

The newbies have broken the cardinal rule of sticking together as long as they have the advantage in numbers. Instead they started bailing out the first week and The Regulators are not regulating anything.

Brilliant Game Play By Veterans

Only problem for veterans is that they have promised too many people they will be safe. That means they may be voting off some newbies who were told they were safe. The play by the veterans has been brilliant overall though.

However, Rachel has to watch what she says and not make the game personal. She is the kind that will vote someone out if she doesn’t like them rather than vote out someone, that is more of a threat. Brendon will have to keep an eye on Rachel 24/7 or she could cause some of the newbies to join forces with each other. She doesn’t need to repeat her “Hang on to your life vests floaters” again this season.

Unless the newbies regroup as an alliance between now and next Thursday, the veterans have everything going their way. The Dominick-Danielle friendship has to be watched by the veterans as these two could throw a wrench in the plans of the veterans, but then there are only two of them and they won’t have much power this early in the game. However, if Dominick wins HOH this Thursday, we could see one of the veterans going home the following week. Still not sure, if he would be so in with the veterans to nominate a newbie couple for eviction.

Big Brother 9: Matt McDonald Writes About Prison Life

Matt McDonald shown about the time he was on Big Brother 9.Matt McDonald shown in a mug shot after being arrested.

Matt McDonald who was known as Matty on Big Brother 9 is now in a federal prison in Massachusetts. He was convicted of conspiring with Big Brother 9 winner Adam Jasinski to sell Oxycodone.

Jasinski used a large portion of his $500,000 winnings to buy Oxycodone, then conspired to enlist McDonald in the drug selling operation.

When Big Brother’s premiere show is shown each year, the house guests are shown getting the news about being selected for the show.

For Jasinski and McDonald it was only the precursor of bad news for the duo. They might not have the money they received from their drug operation, but at least they wouldn’t be spending years in prison for selling illegal drugs on the streets. Being chosen to be on  Big Brother 9 was the worst thing that ever happened to them.

Big Brother house guests for the most part are never heard from again after the shows for that season are over. But for Jasinski and McDonald made the news for all the wrong reasons.

McDonald has also been arrested for beating up his pregnant girlfriend, which tells me he has little respect for women.

The following post from McDonald’s blog on June 22, 2011 seems to be genuine, but he may be in a position where he will write anything, if it means an earlier release from prison.

The language he uses is not family friendly, so want to forewarn anyone that might be offended so they can refrain from reading the next two posts.

This post tells more about his day-to-day life behind prison bars. For some reason, he is looking forward to a transfer federal prison, but he better be careful what he wishes for.

In conclusion, McDonald seems to be repentant for what he did in the past, including flooding the streets withOxycodone. He seemed to be a jerk on Big Brother 9, but his posts do show a different side of McDonald. One can only hope he has truly learned by his mistakes and that they won’t be repeated when he finishes his three-year sentence.
